We will ship your item on the same day if you order before 12pm and most of our packages are delivered within 2-3 working days depending on the Delivery Method chosen. In some cases it can take up to 10 days for your item to arrive and you should Contact us via messaging system and we will do our Best to track the item or send out a replacement if the item is lost. Returns Policy

The item must be in new condition and unmarked. If you have received the item in damaged or defected condition, the item can be returned and it will be replaced. If you are not happy with the item, and you would like return the item, the postage fee’s will be paid back to us by the buyer.
